   Cigarettes would have been soggy and not able to light. Just saying lol.
   Wonder why the dude became a serial killer now though? what was the thing that pushed him over the edge? He’s been addicted to drugs for 10 years. War has been over for 10 years, but the murders only happened the last couple of weeks/months,
