Didn’t she think what happened to her was largly because she was outed as an illigitimate child, and that her past life husband felt tricked and disgraced when he found out which made him angry and violent. Maybe she assumed that wouldn’t happen to her sister as her sister was the legitimate daughter.

I don’t like fl’s attitude now. She seems arrogant now. I know she wanted to portray as a strong fl and wanted to support her husband and make him look superior, but she somehow sounded too overbearing. And the reaction when she learned of isabella taking her place? Just “I see I expected that” where’s the compassion? When isabella was so kind to her and even pleaded for her. So she knew that would happen and did nothing to help isabella? She just wanted to escape from her fate and made someone else, who cared for her, bear it? She’s just thinking of herself! And she complained about their father for the same reason, what a hypocrite!
