I low key do understand. Sinking complex is normal in any relationship. She loves her sister but she’s sees how differently the two are treated. The father blatantly looks away when she needs help or anything. But he’s not like that to rose. The guy she likes is very distant to her but so friendly with her sister and the presents as well. Including the maids and all that work for her. They’re all respectful but there’s a line drawn. It’s hard to feel happy when you live 15/16 years of your life that way.
