As someone who has lived through harsh winters, I also think that the road idea is awful. In just an hour, it can become completely white and smooth like the rest of the area around it. Moreover, the frozen soil is already rock-solid, so digging it up and placing pavement would feel like pure hell. They will use sleds anyway, so why pave it? Instead, just cut some trees here and there, put up some navigation signs to indicate the road’s direction and borders, and be done with it. Even in modern times, people place poles along the road to prevent getting lost, which would be much cheaper and more feasible than whatever she is suggesting.

This author doesn’t know world build. They keep showing images of this land she got as being lush and green. Now says things can’t grow there because of the mana in the ground. That makes absolutely no sense. How can you show trees and flowers growing rich and lush the turn around and say nothing can grow there. Especially when they’ve already shown that she can grow things with MANA. Yes I know it “fairy magic”, but fairy magic uses MANA. So annoying
