More just confusion leading me out of the story. The character leaned male in looks, but still female enough that it was confusing on what the gender was to the point even the characters of the story couldn’t agree on what the gender was.
Would make it an interesting twist if the person MC possessed is meant to be a hermaphrodite human homunculus created by the demon kings army as a way of explaining why she’s so contradictory yet beautiful in every way.

This isn’t a romance story so who the heck cares if the Mc is male or female. The one who possessed the body of Chris was a female, so technically the Mc is female even if it’s a female in a males body.
