   Those scoundrels shouldn’t be left alive it’s too risky imo. Normally, I prefer they live nice long lives barely surviving daily torture so they don’t get the mercy of escaping through death. But the empire (I’m referring more to irl governments with not using death penalty on child predators, murderers, rapists, etc.) shouldn’t use taxpayer money to cover for the luxury that is shelter, meals, and bed in prison. 😡
