It’s because ogfl and ogml’s parents are married, making them legal siblings which, yes, does make it legally incest.
While it’s not as biologically terrible as having blood related siblings in a relationship, for most people (me included) it can be seen as morally messed up.
I’m not blood related to anyone in my family but i cannot see myself starting any sort of romantic and/or sexual relationship with them.
