I somewhat have a theory here, after calculating and trying to figure this out.
So leonora, a child of royal blood, has mostly of her mothers features and I believe that by her mother “being in contact with someone in the royal family” means that she had an affair with someone in the royal family which is clarified ‘In the content of the prophecy’. So Leonara is an illegitimate child, and I’m guessing by her hair color her real (?) father also has light hair too.
Mannn, I feel bad for Gaspher if this is true 😭, like the wife betraying them and their marriage is actually crazy.
Also I’m still wondering if the other kids before leonora had or has a different mother (?) or if Neol is they’re mother too, it’s just that they have more of they’re father’s features. As I write this I can tell Neol is probably they’re real mother for sure, I’m just wondering if there is another mother out there.
(Now finally, please don’t take any of this seriously, because in the beginning of my message, I stated that this was just a theory (╯︵╰,). )
