Another day, another drop. (JK I don’t drop everyday.)
At first, I genuinely enjoyed this manhwa. It was funny, cute, and wholesome, with an appealing art style that kept me hooked. But now? I feel absolutely nothing for it.
Initially, I hoped they wouldn’t rush the pacing, but it’s now painfully clear they are. The FL is still literally a baby, yet the romance is being SO RUSHED. Why is a middle-school-aged boy confessing to a 3-YEAR-OLD? The romance could’ve waited until she was much older, but apparently, that’s not how things are playing out here. (By soul she is older but I’m talking about how she’s in a toddlers body now, and her being older like her soul doesn’t make it right either.)
Secondly, let’s talk about Leonora. She constantly stresses herself out in nearly every chapter. Instead of focusing on her actual goals or enjoying her life as she goes on, she’s taking on random responsibilities purely out of pity for those around her, including her family. While that might seem noble, it’s starting to feel excessive, especially after her declaration in this chapter:
“I’ll destroy this traitorous empire and the temple!”
Like, bro, chill. You don’t need to tackle everything all at once. Slow down! At this rate, there won’t be anything left for her to do as she grows older (at least for the sake of the plot). She’s doing way too much too soon, and it feels forced. Leonora can be confident, strong, and knowledgeable, but that doesn’t mean she has to showcase it all right now.
