Why the fk does this screen still say level 1!?

Because this wasn’t just self defense, it can be seen as both sides just fighting. As to why the instructor was demoted and fined. It’s because the punishments from both parties have been given to the instructors as the trainees are just that, they’re trainees and just listening to the instructor and as such the instructors recieve all the punishments.

I’m sorry, but what the hell? Why are you even punishing team 8 and their instructor? Because they are too strong and managed to survive the attack without problems?

That is how the system works sadly. Even as self defence. They Injured people protected by the same system. That’s how annoying those trainer system are no matter who is it
