   @Higanbana the bastard is a high ranking officer in the government. It is not that easy to kill him, eve if Hertz wanted to. Plus, he is extra careful against assasins and attemmpted assassinations, such as poison and stuff. So it is that much harder to kill him without actually making Hertz look like a suspect.

   Couldn’t they have her “father” have an accident and die once and for all? This bastard has already kidnapped her friend/employee and seriously injured him, I don’t know what they are waiting for him to do more to take action!
