i hate her faimily they treat her like she is a ghost and a dissapointment but it ain’t her fault is it though. well the prince is here i hope he is diffrent from these fools

@DancingRain I have the same sentiment as you do, but as much as I dislike the situatuon, I understand these people of that era. Firstly, the social and political system doesn’t really see their behavior as an error; instead it shaped the behavior. And we, the people of modern era, surely are disturbed by it. Secondly, even in this era, there are still so many people who will feel complicated, resentful, betrayed, etc when on one unannounced day, a child comes to them, claiming that she/he’s an illegitimate child. This child, at least in my place, will be treated… well, it’s not always badly, but it’s definitely not well. So how would it be when this happened in a noble family with monarchy system?
The things I see as pure errors are the former tutor’s malice deeds and the head maid’s treatment.
