I’m sorry but this guy is gross. He keeps telling her he doesn’t want her to misunderstand, but he doesn’t actually explain ANYTHING. He just says everything will be fine then goes back to treating her like his mistress. If he planned to marry her or at least protect her, why is he letting her still be his servant? It’s creepy. Like, yes, she’s dumb, but she’s not the biggest problem here.
