I’d ask the b utler if he’s that disorganized and inefficient that he has to come to me several times a day. That maybe he’s getting to old to handle the position properly.

Servants bullying their master is always such a shitshow plot and provides no content to the story whatsoever. It’s a filler for bad writing. Everyone knows the ending of this will just be they’ll be punished and corrected in the end because the power dynamic was never in the favor for servants in the first place. This is dragging on for too long and I’m having second thoughts continuing to read to story. It feels so cheap now

Do you really think this? Haven’t you noticed that when a leader is weak, the ones who suffer the most are the decent employees? Haven’t you seen the good employees doing everything and the others doing nothing? The level of power between boss and employee can be difficult, but if the boss and/or leader don’t set limits, the ones who suffer are the most innocent and the others do what they want, basically living by their own rules at the expense of their supposed boss. Would you like to work where you do all the work and your boss, out of fear or shame of the other employees, does nothing?
