What does the author mean by “despite being a woman” in a martial arts world? Like I am tired of the continuous sexism and misogyny in martial arts or fantasy based stories where a woman being strong is somehow “rare” and “unexpected”. It’s just stupid to write that and just plain trash writing. Dropping this cause this thing is very bluntly stupid.
