Ugh I really feel bad for any non-novel readers this must be so confusing. Basically raha overheard Ced refusing to take the medication because it would hurt her. But again, Raha wants to die so she needs Ced to cooperate. So she interrupted them and is acting cruel in order to get Ced to stop being sympathetic to her and to do his mission.
