In my opinion the FL is not really wrong for how she acted. She at that time was the crown princess and being late or having a scratch on her shoe can actually damage her reputation. ( And if you have read many stories with nobles we all know how bad rumors can get)Also, the list of things she wanted the servants to do ARE part of taking care of the house they work as maids. Sure maybe she could have been nicer but if the maid was late and wasn’t careful to make sure that her mistress items were not damaged then she was in the wrong.
Still this is only one moment where I think she wasn’t unreasonable angry, so I can’t be sure on if the FL has been truly unreasonable in other moments.
