the thing is the senator’s afraid that if the Saga kingdom decided to make a move(war), the theodorians would be as good as dead. (that’s what i understand atleast). furthermore, they’re also afraid that the saga barbarian nature would be kind of inflicted on the theodorians people. yes, it’s simple if we look at it from our perspective, but for them,it’s just as i said.
