Circlets power came from the main gem, so it wasn’t that hard to make it into a necklace.

This is just my guess but I’m guessing the crown had the ability to amplify a Sterne’s power. It would make sense since Lina always wore it and bc the Archduke family has the circle or whatever a Sterne is meant to purify
