For those who have little knowledge of russian (and maybe chinese system too but I’m not sure) there’s instutions called orphanage where you can leave your child if you are in a situation where either you can’t take care of it or it’ll puts it in a dangerous situation if you keep it. And the parent (mostly the mother) can come to take it back when the situation is settled/safe.
