@Signeduptocomment I don’t think it’s too much that he made a quest for the snake. What’s more beneficial? Say they manage to defeat it with no quest, they gain passage for a rescue mission. Say they defeat it with the quest, they gain the passage and whatever the reward is. And if they fail no harm cos there’s no penalty

@GodEater Regarding the eyes, it may just be artists preference as it works as a visual representation for the story rather than trying to explain every time and for dramatic effect. I chock up the lack of conversation up to the fact we’re not seeing 24/7 of his life. I figure they probably talk about this stuff off screen as it doesn’t really drive the story or have to have a chapter explaining everything as it would just be bloat.

@GodEater just my opinion… There are people with abilities and unknown powers so maybe the people seeing his eye colour change just chalk it up to that 🤷

Btw one question because I’m genuinely curious (assuming that anyone knows.) Does anyone see his eyes when he uses his skill cuz like- no one has reacted, but they react to small things like him giving quests and summoning things/people. Personally, if I saw someone’s eyes turn all black and white I’d be pretty freaked out so I’m curious if they see it and ignore it or don’t see it at all🤔 Also, no one has ever asked him why he stays inside and never leaves right? I don’t think they have but atst maybe they did in previous chapters and I just forgot.
