      Another thing is this will unintentionally make her more appealing to the Asher too. He did mention how he doesn’t like how the nobles hoard their wealth without even letting any of it go to their servants either.

      And here’s Aria making to of her maids her playmates, giving them fancy stuff, and even sharing it with the other maids too.

      Yes, it’s for selfish intentions on her end, bit he doesn’t know that. And even so, it’s not like the staff are being hurt by getting presents.
