I actually thought he off-ed those kids for a second, I was almost impressed/appalled. On the one hand I was like “wow the author showed the brutal truth of war”, on the other “he just murdered them…”. In a real world situation both historical due to politics because of potential sparks of conflict they would not be around anymore and even today young ones are lost in war. You hear the stories of the soldier who is devastated because he had to take the shot when they didn’t stop because they either didn’t understand, were carrying a bomb, or were actively firing at the soldiers. Heck it even happened to cops not just soldiers. Sorry for getting heavy all of a sudden. Just felt to “real” for a second, I blame the artist not the author. After all a picture is worth a thousand words, and that picture was briefly telling me a different story than what it was supposed to, so it brought up all of the thoughts and feelings. I tend to get philosophical and over think things sometimes especially when I’m tired (like I am now), I also tend to ramble (as you can see). Yeah so I’m going to end this here.
