   I figured it out. Daphne has the power of the Saint but she must have uncontiously used it for Floa, it could even be that her powers were working passively. Whatever the case, Daphne HAS power and Floa has always known and used it to her advantage. Floa probably thought herself like a savour to Daphne (sort of like “if I didn’t exist you wouldn’t know how to live your life” that kind of thought process). Floa probably did love Allen but then his selfish ass killed Daphne and Floa lost the power of Daphne’s passive powers or whatever it is. BUT why does Floa remember the past? Probably Daphne unknowingly shared some of her powers with Floa or maybe because they’re been so close some of it got shared cause she really loved Floa? Probably something close to this…

   So she remembers and maybe she wasn’t part of killing Daphny? Or she regreted it after waking up in the past.
