I don’t think it’s going on the brother to lover route. There’s also friend’s love and sibling’s love. Kai who was her friend had 20% affection. There has to be a limit which determines what kind of relationship it is going to be. Remember the brother’s had 0 affection for her. Meaning didn’t even love her at all. Growing 1% doesn’t mean they’ll end up becoming lovers. And love itself doesn’t have to only be for lovers.
