I don’t think I could hold back if I was in his position. Not sure how the law is in S Korea but in the US (or at least colorado where I found the information) a dog is considered property. The site didn’t mention anything about animal cruelty which seems like it would be a part of that. Civil suit would entitle you to the value of your dog.
