How old are these people?? Didn’t it say in the first chapter that saints retire when they are 20?
Abuniru joined the temple when she was 10 according to chapter 1, and seems to be at least 17 or 18 here already.
If her mother got married right after leaving and had her – let’s say – one or two years after she retired as a saint, and Rezoru was a VERY young priest (he looked max. 12 in the flashback from the diary), he must be AT LEAST 30 years older than Abuniru.!
Not to mention that Abuniru isn’t even an official saintess yet, just a candidate. According to the logic of chapter 1 that would mean that she would get max 3 years of official sainthood before she would have to retire if she officially became the saintess next chapter!
Another big plothole is that there supposedly wasn’t a saintess ever sincer her mom retired / died. If all saintesses retire at 20 and there’s always a bunch of saintess candidates competing and waiting to take the spot, it doesn’t really make any sense that there’s no saintess right now.

She let him down way too gently. I’m tired of seeing MC not know how to handle problems. She better get better at this fast. She’s ineffective and borderline incompetent.
