That means, the only way out would be approaching the male lead, “The Lord of Nightmares”, and helping his comrades defeat the final villain. So I have no choice but to wait until the game ends… The difficulty level, the story, the likelihood of failure in such a heinous game, a game that nobody won before… “The Lord of Nightmares has a strong urge to kill you.” Somehow, I believe dying by the male lead’s hands would be faster.

Interesting story, if I was the GM I’d be contacting the lawyers to get them to file the missing person report. Not to mention the IVR unit should have a serial number/Device ID, so they could potentially track down the owner of the unit through purchase history or warranty records. Or they could write code and use the device ID to push a hardware or software upgrade to the IVR unit. They could also track down the ip address, and that could get them close to her location. However any/all of that will take time, 48 hours is generous and saying that 24 is 2 years… the fastest of these method would probably be the ip tracking depending on how the internet provider handles ip addresses. However the GM is right, while they do things on their end the fastest method for her would be to beat the game.
