   Even if he knows her story, why does he need to care whether she will for it to happen or not? At the end of the day, it still disrupt the balance or something something and it’s the dragon’s job to protect it. He’s just doing his job.

   Why do authors have to make characters act and think so stupidly? I mean if this dragon was so smart and knows things he should know she didn’t choose to go back in time so how could she be a “sinner”? Don’t make supposedly all knowing characters stupid and not know anything. 🙄
