I believe the prejudice on Theon stems from what he did in the past. What he did (giving Dorothea false hopes) may or may not caused some of their sufferings. Him being selfish wasn’t the issue. He could have been truthful and asked Dorothea (this is an issue in different manhwas, asking about the other party’s opinion on the matter. So, why can’t that be the issue here?) or perhaps at least tell her what he needs out of that marriage (it’s Ray’s power. Why don’t he marry Ray? Jk. HAHAHAHA). None of these characters, aside from that bastard emperor, Nerius (was that his name?), and some bitch characters I may have forgotten about, deserve the hate!

I don’t get why everyone is hating on theon, dude just woke up one day and realized he has the power of spirits that has been missing in his family for a 100 years and he alone has to suffer it and you could tell how miserable and painful it is just seeing dory experience it, and if he doesn’t purify it with light then he will die so why can’t he be a little selfish and in this new life he clearly also has feelings for dory so he is not just using her and how is he wrong for wanting to grab on to the only hope he has to survive
