Very likeable FL in my opinion. ML is a treasure as well. Not a typical cold Duke of the North. Instead, he’s a total geek who loves doing research and experiments. Also has a pretty respectful attitude to the FL so far.

I’d feel ashamed if I wrote something as bad as this. The dialogue is stiff, the pacing is a mix of too fast or too slow, the FL is a total Mary Sue and the general story structure is incredibly poorly put together.
The ONLY good aspects of this story are that: 1) her godfather is incredibly attractive 2) the ML is a science nerd.

Okie! I love FL she’s not a pushover and kinda unhinged 😆 ML also likeable it’s rare to see a nerd duke that obsess with research. Plussss her adopted dad character is a bonus.
