Redridinghood
I’m loving the comments here lol. The fl’s outfits are changing and getting prettier but the ml is still ugly😞 just like his behavior “I have trauma so I’m entitled to be a bitch”
Redridinghood
“It wasn’t your fault” girl we been knowing that, tf? Also why is he being victim blamed, my god, people are so fucking stupid
KillerRoman227
I mean he was a good husband the first time around his personality changed due to the OF wife personality. Besides that PTSD is a bitch to get over trust speaking from experience

The pity card… Like other commenter said, thats a boring formula, let the man regret their actions and redeem himself for real instead of using “woe is my here is my sad flashback” to justify the FL initiating intimacy out of pity. One can have a very sad past with a handsome face and still be a jerk that needs to apologize and change their trashy attitude. Or, if they dont but their approach so far marriage and romance has been bad or lacking, let them slowly change because THEY WANT TO to be more warm and have an actual relationship. That would be more fun to read than the “ML USED SAD PAST” ITS SUPER EFFECTIVE!

Boo hoo, I hate how all MLs have the same “tragic” backstory to explain their lack of personality I’m really starting to get bored and numb about it. 90% of these comics use the same formulas and I just want to find more in this genre that’s more daring to go against the norms. I need people with ACTUAL character development kind of like in the anime “12 kingdoms” or Yona of the Dawn, but with male characters, too. More where the FL doesn’t easily give in, but also doesn’t push ML away for stupid reasons or assumptions. I love that in YOTD, Soo-won isn’t really a true antagonist it’s like both sides are justified and wrong at times.
