In a different manhwa, probably a thriller or a horror, this would paint a target on the character’s back. I’m glad this manhwa isn’t that genre. My imagination is already running wild.

Also I like how the kid is a bit more mature and at least COMMUNICATING his feelings, instead of doing a silent treatment tantrum like the emporer. 😅

That’s bold since he’s the heir rn, but tbh I like this idea cuz you know how men are when their wives leave or die. (They ignore, neglect, or straight up abuse the kid/s as if they are to blame and just drink away).
