Well, if he is the father, he has the right to be acknowledg, it’s not about “taking her away” it should be more of “taking responsability” and care for her.
Her mother just ran away with her and didn’t let her family into their lives. Her grandparents can’t forbid them from growind some kind of parent-child relationship, not without proper justification.
Some family feud or the like is not a proper escuse. If he is willing to take care, love e protect his child, he has the right and the duty to do so.
