It wasn’t his father or brother’s fault that they didn’t recognize her. The imperial family has power that other family members can recognize and by the time she went back to the palace in her previous life, she already lost it to the other “princess”. That’s why she wasnt recognized as a member of their family.
I dropped the novel because I didn’t have time but that’s the gist of it. They didn’t believe her because she didn’t have the power anymore.
