For someone who in azela side, I know what you want to say, but let me ask you this. Did azela gives shushu a chance to near her dad and brother? No she hipnotize them and brain washing them so they will never near shushu not even near they even can’t love her for a single moment in the past life, you read the previous chapter right how the emperor loves his empress a. k. a. Shushu’s mom, so she already taste what family like but why she doesn’t let go shushu for what family taste like she make her died because desperation of family loves, she make her to be hated by her own family all of us know azela is half sister and in the past life she already get everything shushu’s power, fame for the only one princess but why she can’t let her go? @ Liliac I do understand where your coming from and I honestly feel for her too when she isn’t trying to be evil to shushu however we have to remember that it’s not the dads fault either he is not living in a time period where he could choose to just be with the women he loved and for political purposes he married a women and had a child with a woman he didn’t even like lbs so unfortunately she is paying the consequences for those political duties the dad/emperor had to make/do. I’m not saying that I don’t feel sorry for the child however I don’t think the dad is wrong for clearly making the distinction between children he wanted by a women he wanted to have them by and a women he didn’t even like let along love also the same woman who tormented the mother as well as kidnapped shushu and was using her for her spiritual power like at not one point did I even see Azella try to empathize or feel bad for shushu not once has she tried to be a sister just feel jealous and hatred just like her bitter shallow ass mama so I get it but idk character is also important she doesn’t have to follow in her mothers shoes

Sighs Idk at this point , I understand she deserves to be punished but man all this shit is so biased, idc if azella turns out to be evil or anything, I will love her anyway. The only one who stood up for her was her mother, she was also on her knees begging her legal father the emperor bro did not even look at her while the attack was going on . I understand shushu is taking her revenge for her past life , but gurl at this point it feels so one sided . I guess before azella hypnotized them or brainwashed them . For once, I wanna see the FL/MC stoop down to the antagonist’s level and have the father who isn’t completely coddling his daughter legitimately punish them.
