If it weren’t for the fact that we know the other daughter becomes a villain, I would say she has the storyline of an MC- father refuses to love her because shes from an unwanted marriage and he lost first daughter. It’s wrong of the father, but I also feel bad for him and the brother still; they clearly are just clinging onto a hope they have no proof of, and it makes sense that they were hurt from trauma in the original novel 🙁
I get that he was forced to marry another women. But he should love his other daughter too. After all, they are of same blood. Maybe he should of thought of that before he fucked his second wife.
I disagree. You shouldn’t force someone to live another. Everyone told him to FORGET his dead child—that usually messes people up. Even if he doesn’t love the other child, as long as he provides well for her and raises her properly, he’s doing just fine as a father. After all, he didn’t choose to marry that woman.

If he was this dedicated, what happened in the original plot? Did he felt he was lied to and Shuelina wasnt HIS Shuelina? Or his other daughter did something? Tho is true he should focus on that child too, maybe she owuld have never grown to be so evil (tho with her mother being like that prob not likely)
