From the looks of it i can tell what the storyline would be. In the forthcoming chspters it would be the fl facing the wrath of these natives. Additionally the ml will also be forced by ppl to find a “suitable wife” for himself hence we will find our female villain soon. She will torment her. Later fl will lose hope in ml and eventually either resign herself to her fate or flee. After her falling ill/or fleeing the country the ml will find out that she was innocent and was indeed not lying. She might also get pregnant at that point.
