   Her ears come and go, just like her tail. I think she can transform into an animal too. But if her tail or ears pop out or she transforms, it’s obvious she’s a cat. She’s been (unsuccessfully) trying to hide them. This was either explained or shown in the story. Please pay attention to notice these details in the future.
