   I read until chapter 45 and over all the story is plain, there’s nothing who actually stand in this story at all
   But if you get bored and still waiting for another good manhwa to update you can read this

   I genuinely don’t like the ml 😕 well whatever atleast he has pretty face his character is js so wrong like he isn’t loyal to lass basically he is only being nice and loveable bc she is useful so if some other woman who is more useful comes around he would switch so fast😤😒

   Or, y’know, how he had her eyes GOUGED OUT and had his men GANGRAPE her in her first life. And so far all we’ve had as his “justification” is some very minor whiny pity party bullshit about how “Waaah, I can’t fight people with my healing magic. Waaah, they made me heal people a lot on the battlefield”. Legitimately nothing so far to redeem himself or even explain why he is so thoroughly evil. Not just selfish, or brash or any of the myriad of other minor personality issues that gets people labelled as “Villains” in manhwa. He is literally evil – he literally kills people for fun. Maimed her and had her raped in her past life and was somehow surprised that that didn’t make her want to be on his side. Because “Oh no, using magic is tiring, and my dad forced me to heal lots to build my mana. I was sort-of uncomfortable for a short while – you having your eyes literally ripped out (amongst other things) totally wouldn’t understand my pain”.

   It’s made all the worse by the fact that he’s so goddamn passive. Like if you’re going to make him evil-evil, then have him be some sort of political genius – outsmarting other countries to put him in a favourable position. So far his only “smart” move is the rather old hat and blunt tool of “Have lots of wives from enemy nations so they won’t attack”. That’s it. Which he immediately then undermines with moron decisions like plotting a trade route which is completely undefended, so it gets plundered and decimates his own economy (in the first life). Just… give us *something* to justify why he is the Emperor or why FL shouldn’t just incinerate him herself and proclaim herself Empress.

   He clearly said he😑 tried to break her for years but it didn’t matter then and let her go🥲. Presently he also said that he will blind eye too about the concubines tortures😠. Which was also true in the past.😡
   So, it means he personally administrated everything without getting his hand Dirty👿🤬.The author will make it well with 😏✌️love✌️ in the end.But he already ruined🥰 Ml character for good🙃.The f****** we🤐 will think him sympathetically, victim or likeable.🤢🤮🤮
