Dude is irredeemable, but because the author is a dude from Korea, they trying to write her falling in love with him. Story should legitimately be about her subverting power from him before she gouges his eyes out and throws him in prison for 10 years, but it wont.

guys dont forget that the emperor turned out this way bcoz of his life and the way he suffered , he and larci are on the same boat in terms of fucked up families and they became villians through their own suffering , so do not hate without the full picture as the author also showed parts of the emperror’s life and will continue to show just how terribly the emperor was treated which turned turned him into a person who doesnt understand emotions.larci and jevon are two innocent people changed for the worst due to to their circumstances .

To be fair, she took the marriage to him herself. She was meant to be leverage, if I’m not mistaken – just like the concubines. As for not doing anything… that, in itself, is pretty bad. Her servant suffered and she had to get involved in petty power fights. I can understand the dislike for him.
