is there a non typical reason for duke being sh*t dad? but if he really wanted to displace 1st son for heir couldnt he just marry the mistress/courtesan? and name the affair baby, like what is he doing if the 1st son taking care of all the house work? i will circle back later, hope this isnt waste of plot
