The Cop Is Too Strong - Chapter 5

The power every officer wants to have, but the reality the job makes you feel powerless all the time. Here’s a story from a guy I knew who was a veteran of the force. There were a couple of calls on the highway about a baby dangling out of the window of a moving car. He tried looking around for it, but he couldn’t find it and had to respond to other higher-priority calls. A bit later, he was called to respond to a baby falling out of a car and being run over by a semi-truck, after probably witnessing the worst crime scene he’s ever seen in his life. He got called to respond to some Karen screaming at him about some bullshit.
