Just so we are clear, only the Star of Ishtar can give birth to Demios’ child. If anyone else tries to give birth to his child, they will give birth to a monster. The reason behind it is that the Goddess cast a curse on Demios. He had to prove his character by being a good husband to Sephia, but he didn’t. Sephia is actually his destined mate, but since he cast her out the curse worsens and causes all kinds of havoc. Sephia however can choose either Demios or Roxanne, since both are said to be divine beasts.

I can’t remember the chapter but that magician Blair hinted before that the thing that bxtch is carrying is not even human. She’s probably carrying some kind of monster and that magician put it there or something. He’s using her and she’s too dumb to see it.
