I know she really likes Edwin but even if she is not his actual sister and he didn’t look all that happy to be with Diana in the past life there is still too much history there, I hope she finds someone else that makes her happy. Permanenet brain damage occurs 4 minutes after the heart stops and bran death 8-10 minutes after the heart stops. So as long as her heart started again before 4 minutes was up she would be alive and mentally well.
